• Livongo (LVGO) up 10% after raising its Q2 revenue outlook
• Sunrun (RUN) and Vivint Solar (VSLR) up 11% and 21%, respectively, after announcing the companies have entered into a definitive agreement under which Sunrun will acquire Vivint Solar in an all-stock transaction, representing a combined enterprise value of $9.2B

• Dominion (D) down 3% after Credit Suisse analyst Michael Weinstein downgraded the stock to Neutral from Outperform with an unchanged price target of $75
• Alexandria Real Estate (ARE) down 2% after its 5M share spot secondary offering priced at $160.50 per share
• CommScope (COMM) down 5% after Raymond James analyst Simon Leopold downgraded  shares to Market Perform from Outperform without a price target based on valuation following a further estimate reduction
